Juneteenth Celebrations

Celebrate freedom, heritage and community during Juneteenth in Philly – the nation’s longest-running holiday commemorating the end of slavery in the U.S. On 19 June 2025, the city comes alive with parades, festivals, reenactments and educational events across Germantown, West Philly, Chester County and more.
