Incentive Period & Incentive Famil Travel Period      

Incentive period runs from: 1pm March 23, 2026 to 4pm June 5, 2026

Incentive famil & travel period (for selected agents) will take place between the dates of: June 19, 2026 – June 29, 2026

Eligibility 

To be eligible:

• Participants must be full-time international travel consultants employed by an accredited agency (with a valid IATA or TIDS) and residing in Australia.
• Participants must be at least 21 years of age.
• Only agents who register and log tickets bookings via the approved registration form by 4:00 PM AEST on June 5, 2026 are eligible.
• Each booking ticket must be logged separately and correctly via the entry form to be considered as a valid entry.
• Valid for new adult or child return airfares issued on 006 stock flying Delta Air Lines to California ex-Australia, booked between the Incentive Period.
• Bookings that are infant, group, FOC, refunded, reissued, cancelled, or frequent flyer redemptions are not eligible.
• Delta Air Lines reserves the right to disqualify any entry that is false, duplicated, or ineligible.

Entry Method      

For every flight / booking, agents must log their booking details and all required information at https://gate7.com.au/california-competition/

Flights to California must be booked and ticketed between the Incentive Period.

Incentive Structure     

How Agents Earn Entries:

• Return Australia to California flights: 5 (five) points
• One-way Australia – California flights: 3 (three) points
• Domestic California flights, booked as part of the same itinerary: 1 (one) point

Eligible intra-California sectors include, but are not limited to:

• Los Angeles (LAX) – San Francisco (SFO)
• Los Angeles (LAX) – Sacramento (SMF)

All flights must be ticketed on Delta Air Lines during the incentive period to qualify.

Selection of Winning Agents   

Five (5) agents will be chosen to join the Visit California Kicks & Sips Famil.

These agents will be determined by:

• 3 x of the top performing/selling agents (based on total eligible points earned as per the Incentive Structure)
• 2 x wildcard winners chosen at Gate 7 & Delta Air Lines discretion

Should a chosen agent be unable to travel, their place on the famil is not transferable and may be awarded to another qualifying agent (at the sole and absolute discretiopn of the Promoter).

Incentive Inclusions    

Each agent chosen for the Visit California Kicks & Sips Famil will receive:

• 1 x ticket to Australia vs Paraguay game at San Francisco Bay Area Stadium
• 7 x nights accommodation in California or as otherwise outlined in itinerary
• Return economy Delta Air Lines flights from Sydney or Melbourne to LAX
• Internal flights from SFO to LAX (or vice versa)
• On ground transfers and transport in California
• Domestic flights (if required) to Sydney or Melbourne for any selected winners from regional or interstate
• All main meals and selected additional Californian experiences will also be provided

The Famil will be hosted by Visit California and Delta Air Lines for the duration of the trip.

Additional Conditions   

Agents must have a valid passport with at least 6 months validity from time of travel.

Agents must apply and cover the cost of personal ESTA or any visa requirements

Agents must sign Gate 7 travel waiver ahead of the famil, and any additional waivers as required by partners/attractions

Agents must take out their own travel insurance at their own cost for the duration of this famil.

Prizes are non-transferable and not redeemable for cash. Delta issued tickets for the incentive are for travel in the main cabin and are not upgradeable.

Gate 7 and Delta Air Lines reserves the right to modify or substitute the incentive at its sole discretion.

By entering this incentive, participants agree to receive communication from Gate 7 and Visit California. Participants may unsubscribe at any time using the opt-out link provided in each communication.

By entering this incentive, participants also agree to receive Delta’s trade newsletter via its General Sales Agent (GSA), The Walshe Group, and acknowledge acceptance of their privacy policy. Subscription is a condition of entry and is used solely for trade communication and incentive updates.
