A Philadelphia tradition since 1771, Philadelphia St. Patrick’s Day Parade takes place annually on the Sunday before St. Patrick’s Day (March 17) to honour the patron saint of Ireland and to celebrate Irish heritage and culture. Hundreds of spectators line the Benjamin Franklin Parkway to watch the incredible event.
