California’s Innovative Eateries Receive Michelin Accolades
The annual Michelin guide stars were recently awarded for 2023 and six California eateries received one Michelin Star for the first time.
The Michelin star system, published each year, acknowledges the best restaurants around the world and following the announcement, it’s safe to say that each destination within California is a gastronomic hub in its own right and the latest awards truly cement California’s position at the top of the gourmet ladder in the US.
